摘要
目的了解重庆市采供血机构实验室生物安全现状以及实验室生物安全管理体系建立前后的意义。方法对重庆市采供血机构实验室的生物安全管理体系建立前后的生物安全管理水平采用t检验分析,了解其差异是否有统计学意义。结果各单位实验室生物安全管理体系建立前后综合得分分别是(70.10±16.84)分和(89.35±10.34)分,实验室生物安全管理体系建立前后安全管理水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重庆市采供血机构实验室生物安全现状总体不容乐观,政府应加大力度,抓好实验室硬件和软件建设。
Objective To understand the current situation of laboratory biology safety of blood collection and supply departments in Chongqing,before and after the establishment of the laboratory biology safety management system.Methods To compar the biology safety level before and after the establishment of the laboratory biology safety management system in the blood collection and supply departments of Chongqing,and to statistically analyze the date by t test.Results The total scores of laboratory in each unit were 70.10±16.84 and 89.35±10.34.It indicated that there was statistical difference in test results.Conclusion The current situation of laboratory biology safety of the blood collection and supply departments in Chongqing is not in a good state.The government should give more support to improve the hardware and software of laboratories.
