摘要
目的了解药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法收集该院2008年1～12月上报的245份ADR报告,从患者年龄、性别、药品种类、所涉及的器官及系统、临床表现、中药制剂、发生严重不良反应的药品等方面进行分析。结果245例报告涉及16类药物,其中抗微生物药物引发ADR的比例最高(33.1%),60岁以上患者ADR发生率最高(26.5%),ADR的临床表现以皮肤及附件损害较多(38.0%),由中药注射剂引发的ADR 25例(10.2%),严重ADR 6例(2.4%)。结论药品不良反应与多种因素有关,应加强ADR监测及相关知识的宣传,提高临床合理用药水平。
Objective To understand the characteristic of adverse drug reactions（ADR） for providing the basis to rational durg use in clinic.Methods From Jan.2008 to Dec.2008,245 cases of ADR in our hospital were analyzed in respect of the patients′ age,sex,drug categories,organs and systems involved,clinical manifestations,Chinese medicine injections and drugs developing serious adverse reactions.Results Of the 245 ADR cases,33.1% were induced by anti-microbial agents,10.2% were caused by Chinese medicine injections,2.4% were serious ADR,26.5% occurred in the patients over 60 years old.Lesions of the skin and its appendages were the main manifestations of ADR,which involved 38.0% of the cases.Conclusion Several factors can induce ADR.ADR monitoring and propaganda should be strengthened to improve rational use of drugs in clinic.
