摘要
通过实验和对比分析,研究了某一型号国产轻型印刷纸在胶印过程中的印刷特性。测试了实验用纸的主要性能参数,在标准条件下,采用CTF制版工艺和四色胶印工艺,对印刷质量测试版进行了输出,抽取目测效果较好的若干样张进行了测试与分析,探讨了轻型纸在阶调和色彩复制方面的特性,提出了改善轻型纸印刷质量的具体措施。实验表明,纸张的性能对印品的复制结果有直接的影响,在控制良好的工艺条件下,轻型纸能够较好地满足175lpi以下普通书刊的彩色印刷要求。
By experimental and comparative method, the printing reproduction attributes of a kind of light paper which was made in China were studied. Firstly, primary properties of sample were measured. Then, the test form which was designed for monitoring dot reproduction was imaged on plates by CTF platemaking process, and printed on paper by four-color offset subsequently. Some samples with good visual effects were tested and analyzed in detail, and the tonal and color reproduction attributes of light paper were approached. At last, specific measures to improve the quality of light paper printing were raised. Results showed that the performance of paper has a direct impact on the reproduction results. The light paper was able to meet the demands of color book printing with a screen ruling lower than 175 lines per inch under good controlled conditions.
