克氏原螯虾形态性状与体重的关系 被引量:14

摘要 观察测量了543尾克氏原螯虾成熟个体的体重、全长、体长、头胸甲长、头胸甲宽、第一腹节长、第一腹节宽、尾节长、尾肢长、尾肢宽等10个表型性状,统计分析雌雄个体体形及体重差异。结果表明,克氏原螯虾各形态参数(除第一腹节长)与体重的相关系数达到极显著水平,体重与形态性状最适回归方程雌性个体为体重与头胸甲长的幂函数方程,雄性个体为体重与头胸甲宽的幂函数方程,W♀=2.103×10-3L2c.595 9,W♂=6.196×10-3L2d.730 2,多元回归方程为雌性个体为体重与全长、头胸甲长、头胸甲宽的回归方程,回归截距和回归系数分别为-46.832 1,0.216 2,0.826 2,0.981 6,雄性个体为体重与全长和头胸甲宽的回归方程,回归截距和回归系数分别为-49.054 9,0.253 5,2.487 6。雌雄虾体重与体长的比值都随体长增长而逐渐增大,雄虾的体重增长相对体长增长比雌虾快。 The correlation of morphometric attributes and body weight for Cambarus clarkii were analyzed.Data for this study were collected from 543 mature crayfish in Jiujiang Fisheries Research Institute,Jiangxi Province.Body weight(W),total length(La),body length(Lb),carapace length(Lc),carapace width(Ld),1st abdominal segment length(Le),1st abdominal segment width(Lf),telson length(Lg),uropod length(Lh),and uropod width(Li) were measured.The results showed that these correlation coefficients between morphometric attribute,except 1st abdominal segment length Le,and the weight achieved very significant difference levels.The regression equations for body weight and carapace length were W♀=2.103×10-3 L2.5959c for female or for body weight and carapace length W♂=6.196×10-3 L2.7302d for male.The multiple regression equation of the total length(La),carapace length(Lc) and carapace width(Ld) to the body weight(W) for female is obtained to estimate body weight.The regression intercept and partial regression coefficients are-46.832 1,0.216 2,0.826 2,and 0.981 6.The regression intercept and partial regression coefficients of the total length(La) and carapace width(Ld) to the body weight(W) for male are-49.054 9,0.253 5,and 2.487 6.The differences of body shape and growth between female and male were discussed.
