摘要
文章主要通过研究液压岩芯钻机的液压系统工作原理、故障诊断及分析,认为液压系统主要故障可归为六种类型:液压油污染、系统泄漏或空气进入系统、油温过高、钻机移车、立轴给进时的低速爬行、系统中压力不足、系统产生噪声和振动等。总结了排除各类故障的方法,对延长液压岩芯钻机的使用寿命和提高钻探施工的经济效益具有重大意义。
This paper mainly for the hydraulic core rigs working principle of the hydraulic system, fault diagnosis and analysis that the main hydraulic system failure can be classified six types:hydranlic oil contamination; system leakage or air into the system;oil temperature is too high; Rig shift car, when the vertical shaft to enter the low-speed crawling; system under pressure; system to produce noise and vibration. Summed up the failure to exclude all kinds of ways,which is to extend the service life of hydraulic core drilling and raise boring construction of the economic benefits of great significance.
