摘要
查阅了近20年来的文献,就组织工程皮肤的构建及其在经皮吸收中的应用进行了综述,提出体外培养细胞构建组织工程皮肤成为促进皮肤缺损创面愈合、提高创面修复质量的新途径。
This paper reviewed literature of the past 20 years on construction and percutaneous absorption of tissue engineered skin and proposed that cultured cells as tissue engineered skin wound heal of skin defects and improve the quality of wound repair as a new ways.
