摘要
目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗术后炎性肠梗阻的疗效。方法:将56例术后炎性肠梗阻患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组28例。2组均给予禁食、持续胃肠减压,维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡等常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用复方大承气汤,1剂/d,水煎分服。2组患者均以治疗7天为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗组显效率为78.57%,有效率为96.43%;对照组显效率为56.82%,有效率79.57%,2组相比有明显差异(P<0.05);2组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、临床症状完全消失时间、治疗时间等相比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗术后炎性肠梗阻疗效显著,并可缩短肠鸣音、肛门排气、排便、症状完全消失及治疗时间等。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in patients with postoperative inflammatory ileus.Methods：56 patients with postoperative inflammatory ileus were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 28 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional therapy of fast, continuous gastrointestinal decompression, maintenance of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance. The treatment group received DaChengQi decoction in the basis of conventional therapy, daily potion.2 Groups were treated 7 days as a course of treatment.The effects were observed after a course of treatment. Results：The markedly effective rate was 78.57% and the effective rate was 96.43% in the treatment group;markedly effective rate was 56.82% and the effective rate was 79.57% in the control group;there were significantly different between the groups（P〈0.05）.There were significantly different between the groups in recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time,defecating time,clinical symptoms disappeared completely time and treatment time（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Combination treatment has good effects for postoperative inflammatory ileus and can shorten the recovery time of bowel sounds, anal exhaust time, defecating time, clinical symptoms disappeared completely time and treatment time.
