摘要
目的:比较神宁合剂+丁螺环酮与丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症的疗效及副反应。方法:将符合CCMD-3广泛性焦虑症诊断标准的60例患者,随机分为神宁合剂+丁螺环酮治疗组和丁螺环酮对照组,治疗6周,用汉密尔顿焦虑量表、临床疗效4级评定标准和药物副作用量表评定疗效和药物的不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率90.7%,对照组80.0%,2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:神宁合剂+丁螺环酮治疗广泛性焦虑症疗效好,副作用轻,患者服药依从性好,是较为理想的治疗广泛性焦虑症的方法。
Objective：To compare curative effects and side effects between combination ofShenNing mixture and buspirone and single buspirone.Methods：60 patients met the CCMD-3 diagnostic criteria with generalized anxiety disorder were randomly divided into treatment group which received ShenNing Mixture and buspirone and control group which received buspirone. The efficacy and adverse drug reactions were assessed by hamilton anxiety scale,clinical four evaluation standards and drug side-effects scale after treated for 6 weeks. Results：The effective rate was 90.7% in the treatment group,while 80.0% in the control group,and P 〈0.05 by statistical analysis.Conclusion：The combination of ShenNing mixture and buspirone has good effects in treatment of generalized anxiety disorder and mild side effects, drugs showed a good compliance.It is a more satisfactory method of treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.
