摘要
应用k-ε紊流模型对火电厂循环水泵站进水流槽内的流场进行了三维数值模拟计算,依据吸水管出口断面的流速均匀度、流速偏心距以及观测典型断面的流量、压力、涡量、流线等分布来评价不同尺寸组合对流场的影响.按在保证进水流槽的内部水流流态良好的基础上尽量缩小流槽尺寸以节省工程投资的原则,推荐了主要尺寸优化取值范围.
The k-ε turbulence model was utilized to simulate flow field in intake trough for recycling water pump of thermal power plant.According to numerical simulation results,the influence of different trough sizes combinations on the flow field was evaluated.An optimal trough size range was recommended to ensure a good flowing pattern and an economic project investment.
