摘要
本文以广西壮族自治区图书馆地方文献采访实践为例,从地方出版社和编辑单位缺缴、采购渠道、征订信息缺失、财务管理制度烦琐等方面分析了造成地方文献缺藏的主要原因,并从如何建立有效的补缺系统、加强对固定渠道的联系、采取多种征集方式、构建有效的征集协作网的实践,探讨地方文献补缺的方法与对策。
The paper taking the literature acquisition of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Library as an example, analyzes the reasons of the collection lack of local literature are that the lack of the payment of the local publishing houses, the shortage of purchasing ways and the subscription information, the complicated financial management system and so on. The paper also puts forward the countermeasures subscription, such as, building an effective system to supply the deficiency, strengthening the regular contact, taking multiple collecting ways, constructing an effective collecting cooperation network.
