摘要
作为公共服务部门之一的公共档案馆在信息时代需要进行价值创新,为社会提供更为优质的档案信息服务。本文在分析当前我国公共档案馆信息服务工作现状的基础上,提出构建基于价值创新的服务模式来破解其工作困局问题,进而探讨了在公共档案馆信息服务中应用这一模式的价值和意义,最后,还分析了这一服务模式构建的重点内容——组织文化建设、用户需求建设和服务资源建设等。
In the age of information, the Public Archives, as one of the public service organizations, must carry on value innovations in order to provide high quality services for our society. In the paper, according to the public archives service actualities in China, the author put forward the suggestion of building the information service model based on value innovation to deal with the public archives service problem, and discussed the importance of the service model, and lastly analyzed these basic task, such as the constructing of organization culture, users＇ requirement, as well as service sources, to actualize the service model
