摘要
通过数值模拟研究了304不锈钢200mm×1 550 mm板坯结晶器内用原水口时的钢液流场及钢-渣界面的特征。结果表明,原水口的结晶器流场的上回流过强,钢-渣界面的不稳定,结晶器窄边渣液层薄,易发生卷渣和钢液裸露;最优化水口结构为将原水口V型底部改成凹型、增加水口出口形状的锥度、向上倾角10°。
The characteristics of liquid steel-slag interfacial profile and liquid field in mold with original nozzle for 304 stainless steel 200 mm× 1 550 mm slab have been studied by numerical simulation. Results show that in mold with original nozzle the upper returning flow is too strong, led to liquid steel-slag interracial profile unstable, thin slag layer at narrow side of mold, and easier occurring slag entrapment and liquid exposed; the optimum nozzle structure is to modify the V-type bottom of original nozzle to concave type, increase the taper of nozzle outlet with upward angle 10°.
