摘要
目的观察顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及不良反应。方法60例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为2组。观察组胸腔注入顺铂60 mg+香菇多糖2 mg,对照组胸腔注入顺铂80 mg,对2组疗效进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为83%,对照组为57%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);不良反应对照组较治疗组发生率高且较为严重(P<0.05)。结论顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,不良反应小。
Objective It is to observe the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion（MPE） by injection cavity with cisplatin and lentinan.Methods 60 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups.In the observe group,30 patients were intrathoracically injected with cisplatin 60 mg and lentinan 2 mg.In the control group,30 patients received cisplatin 80 mg intrathoracically only.Results The response rate was 83% in the observe group,and was 57% in the control group（P0.05）.The incidences of adverse reactions were higher in the control group than that in the observation group（P0.05）.Conclusion Cisplatin combined with lentinan have confirmed effects on the patients with MPE and the toxic effect is acceptable.
