内皮素-1、C-反应蛋白与急性冠脉综合征相关性研究

摘要 目的:探讨急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)和血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)变化的临床意义,以及ACS患者血浆ET-1与血浆CRP间的关系。方法:采用酶联免疫分析法分别检测确诊的ACS患者48例,包括MI患者25例(MI组)和UA患者23例(UA组),以及体检健康者20例(对照组)的血浆ET-1和血浆CRP水平。并分析ACS患者血浆ET-1与CRP间的关系。结果:与对照组比较ACS患者血浆ET-1、CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。MI组血浆ET-1、CRP水平均高于UA组。且ACS患者血浆ET-1与CRP浓度间呈直线正相关。结论:ACS患者中血浆ET-1和CRP浓度均高于健康人,且与病情严重程度相关。它们可能参与了ACS的发病过程,且与ACS的炎症反应密切相关。 Objective: To investigate the changes in plasma endothelin- 1 (ET- 1) and C- reactive protein (CRP) in acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and the relationship between ET-1 and CRP. Methods.The plasma ET-1 and plasma CRP were detected by ELIA in 48 cases of ACS, including 25 cases of MI (MI group) and 23 cases of UA (UA group) ,and 20 healthy individuals as controls (normal control group). The relationship between the plasma ET-1 and plasma CRP in ACS was analyzed. Results:The plasma ET-1 and plasma CRP levels in ACS were higher than those of the normal control group. The plasma ET-1 and plasma CRP levels in the MI group were higher than those of the UA group. The plasma ET-1 level showed a linear correlation with the plasma CRP level in ACS. Conclusion:The plasma ET-1 and plasma CRP levels in ACS are higher than those of healthy normals and associated with the severity of disease. The two may be involved in the pathogenesis of ACS and are closely related to the inflammatory response in ACS.
