摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗急性输尿管结石的疗效。方法:122例随机分为治疗组(61例)和对照组(61例),对照组采用大量补液增加血容量、解除平滑肌痉挛、剧烈运动等总攻疗法治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服自拟中药三金排石汤。两组均以五天为一观察周期。观察两组临床疗效,并进行χ2检验。结果:治疗组总有效率(96.72%)高于对照组(83.61%)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性输尿管结石疗效好。
Objective：To observe the combined Chinese and Western Medicine efficacy of the treatment of acute ureteral stone. Methods： 122 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （61 cases） and control group （61 cases）,the control group were significant increase in blood volume infusion to relieve muscle spasm,vigorous exercise such as offensive therapy,the treatment group on this basis,plus self-service the proposed three gold Pai Shi Tang Traditional Chinese Medicine. Two groups are observed for a cycle of five days. Clinical efficacy were observed,and conduct χ2 test. Results： The total effective rate （96. 72% ） than control group （83. 61% ）. Conclusion： The combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of acute ureteral stones better.
