摘要
近年来米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早孕的方法己经被广泛应用,但是药物流产还有其不足之处:流产后出血时间长、出血量多,中医药在治疗药物流产副作用方面有其独特的优势。现就近五年发表在核心期刊上有关中医药对药流后阴道出血的防治的文章进行综述如下。
Mifepristone combined with misoprostol has been widely used for terminating early pregnancy in recent years. However. it is obvious that this method still has some shortage for large and long bleeding. Traditional Chinese medicine has its own advantage for preventing and treating bleeding after Drug-induced abortion. The articles published in the core journals in recent 5 years about this are summarized as follows.
