摘要
目的:对比观察低、中、高频电针内关穴对急性心肌缺血家兔模型心脏泵血功能的影响,为临床使用不同频率电针治疗缺血性心脏病提供实验依据。方法:以耳缘静脉注射并持续滴注PPI方法复制急性心肌缺血家兔模型,BL-420F生物机能实验系统检测家兔左心室内压并经计算机处理后得到心动周期中LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax参数。结果:模型组家兔LVSP降低、LVEDP升高、+dp/dtmax和-dp/dtmax减慢,与对照组比较存在显著性差异,提示心脏泵血功能障碍;高频电针组LVSP和+dp/dtmax升高,与模型组比较有显著性差异,中频电针组LVSP升高、LVEDP降低、+dp/dtmax和-dp/dtmax加快,与模型组比较有显著性差异,低频电针组LVSP、LVEDP、+dp/dtmax、-dp/dtmax与模型组比较无统计学意义。结论:在PPI诱导家兔心脏泵血功能产生障碍时,高频电针能改善其收缩机能状态,中频电针对收缩和舒张机能状态都有改善作用,低频电针作用不明显。
Objective: To observe the influence of high-,mid-and low-frequency electroacupuncture in Neiguan on heart function of PPI (Posterior Pituitary injection)-induced AMI (acute myocardial ischemia) rabbit,and provide experimental evidence for treatment of cardiovascular diseases with acupuncture. Method: AMI model was established by a single injection and continuous infusion of PPI from the ear vein. LVP curve was recorded by BL-420F,parameters such as LVSP,LVEDP,+ dp/ dtmax and-dp/ dtmax were abtained by processing with computer. Results: Compared with the controled group,rabbits in the model group appeared heart pumping dysfunction,there was significant difference which showed decreased LVSP,increased LVEDP and slowed + dp/dtmax and-dp/dtmax. Compared with the model group,there was significant difference which showed increased LVSP and + dp/dtmax in high-frequency electroacupuncture group and so was in mid-frequency electroacupuncture group which showed increased LVSP,decreased LVEDP and fastered + dp/dtmax and-dp/dtmax. While there was no statistical significance in low-frequency electroacupuncture group. Conclusion: When heart pumping dysfunction happened to the PPI-induced AMI rabbits,highfrequency electroacupuncture could improve the systolic condition. And mid-frequency electroacupuncture could improve both the systolic and the diastolic condition,while low-frequency electroacupuncture didn't have significant action.
