摘要
心肌细胞凋亡是在一系列基因调控下进行的程序化细胞自主性死亡过程,其实质是生理性细胞死亡。心肌细胞凋亡现象存在于心血管系统尤其是心肌梗死的许多生理和病理变化过程中,是导致多种心血管疾病发生的重要细胞学基础。心肌细胞凋亡的抑制或减少能反映心肌梗死后心室重构和心功能恢复情况,因此在心梗后期对于心功能恢复以及药物的疗效评价方面,心肌细胞凋亡的研究是必不可少的重点研究项目。本文对心肌细胞凋亡的生理病理意义、影响因素以及相关的中医药干预研究进行概述。
The apoptosis of cardiac muscle cells refers to an initiative and sequencing cell death process that is controlled by a series of genes,and in fact it is a kind of physi-ological cell death. The apoptosis of cardiac muscle cells always happened in many physiological and pathological changing process of cardiovascular system. It is the main cytological foundation to occur many kinds of cardiovascular disease especially myocardial infarction. The restraining and reduction of the apoptosis of cardiac muscle cells can reflect the recovery of heart function and reconstitution of cardiac ventricle after the myocardial infarction. Thus,it is the mail research item for judging the effect of the medicine and the recovery of the heart fucition. This article reviewed the physiology and pathology significance and affecting factors of the apoptosis of cardiac muscle cells and the research of Chinese medicine for the intervention study.
