摘要
研究了二氯喹啉酸(Quinclorac)胁迫下喷施不同浓度的硝普钠(Sodium nitroprusside,SNP)对烟苗活性氧及保护酶系统的修复效应。采用不同浓度的SNP喷施受二氯喹啉酸胁迫的烟苗,一段时间后进行相关生理指标的测定。结果表明,用硝普钠处理,能够降低超氧阴离子自由基(O2■)、羟自由基(.OH-)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量,还能提高烟叶中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性;其中以0.01mmol/L浓度SNP的修复效应最为明显。
Study quinclorac stress on spraying with different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside (sodium nitro- prusside,SNP)on tobacco seedlings of active oxygen and the protection of the repairing enzyme system effects. Spra- ying with different concentrations of SNP by quinclorac coercion tobacco seedlings,the physiological indicators will be measured after a certain period of time. The results showed that, sodium nitroprusside could reduce the superoxide ani- on radical( O2-) ,hydroxyl radical (.OH - ) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and raised tobacco in the superoxide dismutase ( SOD), catalase (CAT) and ascorbate peroxidase ( APX ) activity ; The 0. 01 mmol/L concentration of SNP was the most obvious effect of the restoration.
