摘要
目的:对精神障碍儿童药物治疗失依从行为的原因进行分析,提出相应的护理干预措施。方法:自行设计调查表,对349例精神障碍儿童进行调查,分析精神障碍儿童药物治疗失依从行为的原因。结果:造成精神障碍儿童药物治疗失依从行为的原因主要为医学知识缺乏、对医务人员治疗的信任程度、药物的认可程度、经济、社会因素以及与之相关的年龄、地区、文化程度、子女个数等。结论:应加强精神障碍知识的健康教育,提高家长对疾病的认识,建立良好的护患关系,增进家长对医务人员的信赖程度,指导家长合理使用抗精神障碍药物,改善医疗服务环节,完善服务体系以及动员全社会参与,从而提高精神障碍儿童药物治疗依从性。
Objective：To investigate the un-compliance behaviors in the medication of mental disorder in children, the corresponding nursing intervention were introduced. Methods：Analysis of the course of the uncompliance behaviors in the medication of mental disorder in childhood was done by self-designed questionnaire in 349 children.Results：The courses of the uncompliance behavior in the medication of mental disorder in childhood were the short of medical knowledge,the degree of the trust in doctors and nurses treatment,the consent degree of the drug.economic social factors and the corresponding ages,living in urban and rural,education level,the number of children, etc. Conclusion：In order to enhance the compliance behaviors in the medication treatment of mental disorder in childhood,we must strengthen the health education ofmentat disorder knowledge, improve patients＇ knowledge about the illnesses, and establish good nurse-patient relationship, promote the degree of the trust in doctors and nurses, modify the medical service procedure,perfect the medical system and mobilize the participation of all social.
