摘要
目的:研究大型体检中心糖尿病客户健康教育的临床价值。方法:将体检中心自觉实施健康体检的糖尿病客户根据有无实施系统健康教育分观察组和对照组,分析两组的满意率、1年后自觉实施健康体检率及1年后体检复查者血糖控制情况。结果:两组满意率、1年后自觉实施健康体检率分别为99.22%和94.56%、93.36%和61.96%,两者间均有显著差异(P<0.05);两组体检复查者血糖平均值分别为5.7±1.6和6.9±2.2mmol/ml,两者间均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:倡导以体检中心为基地进行系统的健康教育可帮助糖尿病客户建立良好的健康习惯,能有效的控制患者血糖,更广泛的实施糖尿病三级预防策略,提高其生活质量,减轻社会和家庭负担。
Objective：To study the clinical value of the health education for diabetic patients of large medical examination centers. Method：To divide 348 diabetic patients who are voluntarily apply for health examination into two groups based on whether they have received systematic health education or not, namely the observation group （n=256） and the comparison group （n=92）, then to analyze the satisfaction rates of two groups, the rate of voluntarily applying for health examination of two groups one year later, and the blood glucose control situations of health re-examinations for 250 cases and 78 cases of two respective groups, and to conduct statistical analysis. Results：the satisfaction rates of two groups are 99.22% and 94.56% respectively, the rates of voluntarily applying for health examinations of two groups one year later are 93.36% and 61.96% respectively, the results are significantly different between two groups （P〈0.05）; the mean values of blood glucose for two groups measured by the health reexaminations are 5.7 ± 1.6mmol/ml and 6.9 ± 2.2mmol/ml, two values are significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the medical examination center-based systematic health education can help diabetic patient to establish good health habits which can effectively control blood glucose,widely implement the three-level prevention strategies for diabetes, improve their quality of life, and alleviate the burden on society and their families.
