摘要
针对当前机械传动系统的故障多发现象,开展了关于运行传动系统中减速器故障提取和定位方法的研究。根据运行减速器故障的特征信息,对其进行工作模态分析,并构造出故障频率处的广义振型,实现了设备故障的提取和定位。此方法突破了传统的测试与诊断方法,为在工况下对设备状态进行监测和故障诊断提供了一条新途径。
For multiple faults of mechanical transmission systems,a method of fault identification and localization for a speed reducer is presented.Modal analysis of the speed reducer was made according to the characteristics of the reducer's operating faults and the generalized modal shape in the fault frequency was obtained.Faults of the reducer were identified and localized.The method breaks through the conventional static testing and diagnosis and provides a new way for condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment under working conditions.
