72例后交通动脉瘤性动眼神经麻痹的显微外科治疗

摘要 目的探讨后交通动脉瘤性动眼神经麻痹的显微外科治疗结果。方法2003年12月～2007年12月期间,共采用显微外科夹闭治疗后交通动脉瘤性动眼神经麻痹病例72例,观察动眼神经麻痹的恢复情况,总结临床经验。结果术后随访1年,发病至手术时间<14d的33例中,21例(63.6%)彻底恢复、12例(36.4%)部分恢复;不完全麻痹22例中,18例(81.8%)完全恢复、4例(18.2%)得到改善;而术前完全动眼神经麻痹的50例中,仅12例(24.0%)彻底恢复、33例(66.0%)部分恢复。结论积极地、早期地治疗动脉瘤性动眼神经麻痹,多能获得满意的效果。
