摘要
安全、环保、节能是当今汽车工业发展的三大主题。开发车体轻量化、安全性能高的汽车,同时又要使设计、制造的成本降低,已成为汽车工业发展的迫切需求。采用计算机控制技术的变截面柔性辊弯成型是实现上述目标的一种有效途径,成为下一代辊弯成型技术的发展方向。
Security, environmental protection, saving-energy are the three main subjects of automobile industry development at present. The urgent demand for automobile is to develop vehicle with lightweight body, high security capability, low cost of design and mannfacture. Using the computer control technology in the variable cross-section flexible roll forming is one efficient way to realize them and become the direction of the next generation of roll forming technology.
