摘要
本文采用需求函数模型分析了我国2003～2006年31个省市自治区城镇居民肉类食品需求及其影响因素。结果表明,肉类食品已经成为我国城镇居民的重要必需品,我国城镇居民肉类食品需求对价格比较敏感,且肉类食品已经到了高价状态。并据以上结论提出了相关政策建议。
The demand of the residents in 31 provinces during 2003 - 2006 in china was analysised and the factors were fourd. The results showed that the meat had become an important necessity for urban residents as an price sensitive products, and the meat has reached the high state. According to these conclusions some countermeasures were put forword.
