摘要
研究了萃取-絮凝法再生废机油的工艺条件。筛选出有效的萃取剂E和絮凝剂F,并确定了最佳工艺条件:常温下,萃取剂和絮凝剂比(E:F,体积比)为2:3~3:2,剂油比(S:O,体积比)为10:1~8:1,反应时间为10~15min。萃取-絮凝后所得一次净化油用活性白土补充精制,再生油质量接近润滑油基础油质量标准。
This paper describes the regeneration results of a kind of waste lubricating-oil with the extraction-flocculation method. Factors influencing the regeneration are investigated. The optimum conditions are: extraction-flocculation temperature, 25℃; mixing time, 10-15min; extraction agents to flocculation agents ratio (E: F), 2:3-3:2; solvent to oil ratio(S:O), 10:1-8:1. The waste lubricating-oil was purified with activated acidic earth after extraction-flocculation. The regenerated oil was good in quality.
