摘要
以四轴转台系统的软件设计为例,介绍通用运动控制系统的设计,利用固高四轴运动控制卡和运动控制设计平台,对实现转台运动控制系统的基本功能进行了设计,包含系统的初始化、轴的位置控制和原点定位等功能。最后经过运动控制实验,证明系统能够实现预期功能,并且稳定可靠。
Taking 4-axis turntable system as an example, the design of universal motion control system was introduced. The motion control system of 4-axis turntable was designed based on d-axis motion control card and motion control platform from Googol company. The functions of this system , such as system initialization, position control and zero locating, were realized. The motion control test result proves that the system can realize the expected functions and run reliably.
