摘要
分析并确定了装备管理人员综合素质评价的影响要素,采用频数统计法确定了评价要素权重,基于Fuzzy方法建立了装备管理人员综合素质的评价模型,并用实例验证了其可行性和正确性。
This paper analyzes and defines the influencing factor of of military equipment management personnel, fixes the weighting of evaluation element by adopting frequency number statistics, establishes the evaluation model based on fuzzy theory, the model is feasible and correct through a practical example.
