摘要
利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-3D对变速比锥齿轮的冷挤压过程进行了数值模拟分析,揭示了金属成形的规律。通过对比分析无凸台上凸模和球凸台上凸模在变速比锥齿轮成形过程的速度场分布和应力场分布,得出采用球凸台上凸模具有更好的可行性。
FEM simulation technology is applied to study cold extrusion forming for transmission ratio bevel gear based on the software DEFORM -3D, through numerical simulation, the metal forming laws are disclosed. Comparing the velocity field and stress field of the punch without boss to the punch with spherical boss during the forming process of the transmission ratio bevel gear,it shows the later is more feasible than the former.
