摘要
人力资本投资在医院经营中占有重要地位,但目前尚未引起医院管理者的普遍高度重视。通过人力资本理论及其与医院联系,人力资本投资风险内涵的阐述,对医院人力资本投资风险防范谈几点粗浅认识。
Although human capital investment plays an important role in hospital management, it has not yet been attached enough importance by most hospital administrators. The present article discusses the risk of human capital investment in hospital and its prevention through elaborations on the human capital theory and its connections with the hospital, and the connotations of the risk of human capital investment.
