摘要
研究了用三辛胺溶剂分别从纯溶液和发酵液中萃取柠檬酸过程的传质规律与液滴粒径、无因次柱高及有机相配比对传质系数的影响.建立了液滴自由上升阶段的传质模型,并用以关联实验结果.
This paper studies the mass transfer of extraction of citric acid from the pure citric acid aqueous solution and fermentation broth by trioctylamine(TOA).The effects of droplet diameter, dimensionless column height and concentration of TOA on the mass transfer coefficient are investigated. The mass transfer model for free rising droplets is established and the experimental results are correlated.
