摘要
各苗龄南黄大麦叶片细胞分裂素(CTK)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均明显低于早熟三号,SOD同功酶比早熟三号少1条谱带,且SOD同功酶谱带Ⅰ,Ⅲ均窄于早熟三号,但谱带Ⅱ宽度与早熟三号基本一致.外源6BA处理,提高南黄大麦叶片SOD活性,促进SOD同功酶谱带Ⅰ,Ⅲ的增宽,且诱导谱带Ⅳ的形成,但对谱带Ⅱ宽度影响极小.提示南黄大麦叶片SOD活性低下与叶片CTK含量有关.
The content of Cytokinin(CTK) and the activity of superoxide Dismutase(SOD) of Nanhuang Barlay leaves during growth and development are much lower than those of Zaoshou Barlay No.3,the number of bands of SOD isoenzyme is one less than that of Zaoshou Barlay No.3,and the first and the third bands of SOD isoenzyme are greatly narrower than those of Zaoshou Barlay No.3,but the width of the second band of SOD isoenzyme is in line with that of Zaoshou Barlay No.3.The activity of SOD of Nanhuang Barlay leaves is elevated,and the increase in width of the first and third bands of SOD isoenzyme is promoted,and the fourth band is induced to form by 6BA,but the width of the second band of SOD isoenzyme is hardly influenced by 6BA.The results indicate that low activity of SOD of Nanhuang Barlay leaves is related with low content of CTK.
