摘要 针对节水灌溉工程投资方案多属性、多指标的特点,该文采用CRITIC权重法结合TOPSIS模型,通过计算评价方案与理想方案间的距离,建立方案优选模型。应用该优选模型对某节水灌溉工程建设方案进行优选,结果表明该模型计算简便,结果客观可靠,为节水灌溉工程方案优选提供了科学依据。 Aiming at the feature that the water-saving irrigation project schemes with multi-attributes and multi-indexes, the paper sets a model based on CRITIC method and TOPSIS method, a scheme optimization model for water--saving irrigation project schemes was established by calculating the distances between the evaluating scheme and the ideal one. This model was applied to the optimization of the water--saving irrigation project schemes. The results show that this model is simple calculation, objective results, and can supply scientific basis for the optimization of water-saving irrigation project schemes.
