摘要
"服务型"大学理念实际上是现代大学的教学、科研和社会服务三大职能的有机整合,突出强调以社会服务职能引领大学整体职能的发展。"服务型"大学与现代经济社会发展密切相关。参考国内外"服务型"大学的成功经验,提出我国新建本科院校的发展对策:确立"按需服务"的办学方向;加强适切性的职业教育;构建"能力本位"教育体系。
The idea of the service university is the integration of the three functions of the modem university, that is, teaching, research and social service. It emphasizes on the service function of the university, and this kind of service function is the dynamics of the overall operation of the university. The emergence of the service university is in close relation to the development of the modem society. The article offers strategies to the development of the ap- plication oriented institutes by analyzing the successful experiences of the domestic and overseas service universi- ties. What we should do is to establish the mission to support the development of the local economy, to strength the adaptability of vocational education, and to construct the capacity- based education system.
