摘要
文章分析了高职院校基层就业指导体系的困境及其影响因素,提出了构建毕业生基层就业指导体系的具体措施。
In the paper,the difficulties encountered by the basic units in charge of students＇ employment guidance at vocational colleges and the major elements affecting the implementation of the guidance service system are analyzed,and the concrete measures taken by the parties concerned in the process of the system construction are also presented.
