摘要
伴随着生物信息学的发展,生物信息数据库日趋完善。生物信息学数据库具有高度网络化,可以实现个人计算机平台上的自由访问,而且大部分数据免费获得等优点。为了充分利用生物信息数据库资源,提出了生物信息数据库在序列比对与电子克隆、蛋白质结构比对与预测、分子进化和比较基因组学研究、基于结构的药物设计等方面的应用策略,以期为我国学者提供免费的生物信息数据库资源,为生命科学各领域的研究构建信息平台。
With the development of bioinformatics,bio-information databases have been more perfect.Bioinformatics databases have the advantages of high networking,which can be applied for personal computers to visit freely,and most of the databases are free.To make full use of the resources of bio-information databases,the applied strategies are put forward from the aspects of alignment and in silico cloning,comparison of protein structure and prediction,molecular evolution and research on forest tree comparative genomics,and structure based drug design.Thud free bio-information database resources can be provided to Chinese scholars and an information platform can be constructed for the research of various fields of life sciences.
