摘要
为了了解唐山市阳光工程培训的现状,对唐山市180个农村劳动力进行了问卷调查,在分析其现状的基础上发现:农村劳动力参训前与参训后月收入差异不显著,且实际转移就业率相对较低;农村劳动力的学历、职业资格与用人单位需求仍有一定差距;就业主要集中在第一产业和第二产业,而迅速发展起来的第三产业就业人数相对较少;参与培训人数与潜在培训市场有差距;受训者对培训满意度总体较高,但对于其是否促进就业的看法并不一致。针对其存在的主要问题从培训机构和政府部门这两方面提出了几点建议,为农村劳动力转移培训提供可鉴之资。
In order to understand the current situation of the Sunshine Project of Tangshan City,we had an questionnaire for 180 rural labor forces in Tangshan City.Based on the analysis,it is found that： the difference between the rural labor forces＇ monthly income before and after training is not significant,and actual transferred employment rate is relatively low;there still exists the gap between rural labor forces＇ educational background and vocational qualifications and the need of the employing units;the employment mainly concentrates in the first and secondary industries,while there is a relatively smaller number of employment in the rapidly developing third industry;there is a big gap between the number of trainees and the potential training market;the trainees in general hold a higher degree of satisfaction towards the training,but they have disagreed views about whether it can promote employment.Focused on the major problems,several suggestions are put forward from the aspects of training institutions and government departments,so as to provide a reference for the training of rural labor forces＇ transference.
