摘要
本文建立了冰箱压缩机的数学模型。对QD75GA型冰箱压缩机的工作过程进行了计算机模拟,计算结果同实验数据吻合良好。在此基础上,对使用替代工质HFC152a/HCFC22的QD75GA型压缩机的结构参数进行了优化。并将优化前后的压缩机分别装在同一台冰箱上,对冰箱的性能进行了对比测试,实验结果表明,对压缩机阀片厚度的优化提高了替代工质冰箱的性能。
A mathematical model of refrigerator compressor was established, and the working process of QD75GA refrigerator compressor was computr simulated in the present study.The calculation was found be in full accord with our previoul experimental data.Based on the calcnlation,the optimal structural parameters of the QD75GA compressor charged with a nonazeotropic alteernative working fluid, HFC152a/HCFC22,were detetermined. Contrast test of refrigerator performance between the prototype and the improved compressor were carried out. The results showed that optimization of the thickness of the compressor valves improved the performance of refrigerator charged with HFC152a/HCFC22.
