高血压患者血压水平与桡动脉反射波增强指数的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)患者桡动脉反射波增强指数(radialartery augmenta-tion index of reflected wave,rAI)的变化,探讨血压与rAI之间的关系。方法分别测定120例血压正常的健康者和120例EH患者(按照血压的不同分为EH1级组、EH2级组、EH3级组,每组各40例)的rAI值。结果 rAI值:对照组<EH1级组<EH2级组<EH3级组,4组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rAI随血压的增高而升高,检测rAI有助于早期发现高血压动脉弹性功能的变化,是反映高血压动脉僵硬度的可靠指标。 Objective To observe the changes of radial artery augmentation index of reflected wave (rAI) in patients with essential hypertension ( EH ) to explore the correlation between it and the blood pressure level. Methods Normal blood pressure levels of 120 healthy volunteers were determined. Another 120 patients with EH were divided into 3 groups according to different blood pressure, with 40 patients in each group, named EHl-level group, EH2-level group and EH3-1evel group, rAI values of them were determined. Results The rAI values were as follows: the control group 〈 EHl-level group 〈 EH2-1evel group 〈 EH3-1evel group. Difference was statistically significant between the 4 groups ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions rAI increases as blood pressure elevates. Detection of rAI helps early detection of functional changes of arterial elasticity caused by hypertensive, which is a reliable indicator of arterial stiffness.
