摘要
通过对县级供电企业和现行供电所作业组织模式的利弊分析,提出建立县供电企业作业组织专业化的指导思想、基本原则,探讨建立县供电企业组织架构、组织职能,进一步提出了保障工作实施的有力措施。
Through Analyzing advantages and disadvantages of present working organization of county power supplying enterprise,the paper introduces guidelines and basic principle of specialized working organization of county power supplying enterprise,and expounds organization structure and function of county power supplying enterprise in detail,further it proposes effective measures to ensure its implementation.
