心室电风暴的特征与救治 被引量：9

摘要 心室电风暴指24h内自发的室速/室颤两次或两次以上,需要立即行电复律或电除颤等紧急治疗的急性临床症候群,可见于心脏病或非心源性疾病者,可能机制为交感神经过度激活、β受体的反应性增高、希浦系统传导异常所致。其发病突然、病情危重、死亡率高;以自发、反复发生的室速或室颤及发作性晕厥为特征,电除颤和电复律及抗心律失常药物的应用能有效控制心室电风暴的发作和减少心室电风暴的复发。有适应证者置入ICD和/或进行射频消融等治疗可改善预后。
