首先,分析了社区乡镇图书馆"双低"现象存在的主客观原因,然后,就如何改进社区乡镇图书馆建设,重点是针对培养和提高社区乡镇图书馆馆员的业务能力与水平提出了一些建议。
The article analyzes the subjective and objective causes of double-low phenomenon in the library of community villages and towns.Then it mentions some suggestions on how to improve the library,especially on how to train and improve the working ability.
