摘要
在全面调查研究的基础上,深入分析了科技支撑广西粮食产业发展的现状,并针对其存在的科技创新能力不足、资源利用率低、病虫害对粮食生产的影响仍然严重、机械化生产程度不高、粮食储藏损失较大等问题,提出了建立健全粮食科技创新体系、增强粮食科技创新能力;完善科技激励机制、加快粮食科技成果转化;建立多元化投融资体系、加大粮食科技投入;加大对外开放、加强粮食科技合作与交流等对策建议。
The development status of grain industry supported by sei-tech in Guangxi on the basis of overall investigation was analyed. Some existing some problems were found in the grain industry development which included shortage of sci-tech innovation ability, low utilization rate of grain resources, serious diseases and insect pests, low mechanization level, much loss of grain storage, etc. According the existed problems, some development strategies were recommended ,viz. establishing and perfecting the grain sci-tech innovation system to strengthening the sci- tech innovation ability,completing the sci-tech incentive mechanism, promoting the transformation of sci-tech achievements into actual productive forces, constructing diversified investment and financing system to enlarge the investment channels, enhancing exchange and cooperation of grain sci-tech with other countries,etc.
