摘要
香叶天竺葵生产上采用扦插繁殖,存在病害加重,品种退化的现象。本实验用离体芽进行诱导培养,探索产业化快繁优质种苗的方法,从而达到改良品种的目的。试验表明:MS+BA0.5~2.0mg/L+NAA0~0.2mg/L的配比可直接诱导产生较多的不定芽;MS+NAA0.1mg/L可作为微型扦插的继代培养基;MS+IBA0.5mg/L为最佳生根培养基,试管苗移栽成活率可达95%。
In Pelargonium graveolens plant production,reproduction using cottage could cause cultivar degeneration and more diseases. For improving cultivar characteristics and promoting industrial plant production, in vitro shoot culture was carried out in this study. The results showed that combinations of MS + BA 0.5 - 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0 - 0.2 mg/L could induce more adventitious buds, MS + NAA 0.1 mg/L was used as subculture medium for micro cottages, and MS + IBA 0.5 mg/L was used as the best rooting medium with 95 % survival rate of Pelargonium graveolens in vitro plants.
