摘要
通过正交试验L16(45)处理麻疯树硬枝,观察对其扦插生根的影响。结果表明:除去穗条粗度,其他因素对扦插生根效果都有极显著影响;各因素对麻疯树扦插生根的影响顺序为:穗条长度>激素浓度>处理时间>激素种类>穗条粗度;最佳的麻疯树硬枝扦插方案为:选用长20 cm、粗2.5 cm的穗条,用1000 mg/L萘乙酸处理10 min。
The effects of different treatments on Jatropla curcas L. hard-wood cutting rooting were studied by Ll6 （4^5） orthogonal experiment. The results showed that all factors had a significant impact on cutting rooting except cutting diameter. The effects of five factors on rooting had a sequence as follows ： cutting length 〉 auxin concentration 〉 processing time 〉 hormones types 〉 cutting diameter and the cuttings were optimal with a length of 15 cm and diameter of 2.5 cm and treated by NAA in concentration of 1000 mg/L for 10 minutes.
