摘要
为了解甘蔗不同品种的耐低氮胁迫栽培的能力,以每公顷施尿素300、150和0 kg的3种施氮水平处理作主区,选择5个引进的固氮甘蔗品种和广西主栽品种之一新台糖16号(CK)作副区,进行1年新植1年宿根裂区试验。结果表明:各品种新植蔗产量极显著高于宿根蔗,施氮比不施氮增产达极显著水平,每公顷施尿素300与150 kg之间产蔗量差异不显著。3种施氮水平下5个引进品种新植宿根平均产蔗量极显著高于CK。不施氮对各参试品种的分蘖、宿根发株、伸长、成茎均有不利影响,特别是对分蘖和有效茎数的不利影响较大。各品种耐无氮、低氮肥胁迫栽培的能力从高到低依次为B8>B9>B5>B1>B3>新台糖16。研究结果可为今后进行固氮或氮高效利用甘蔗品种的选育和推广提供参考。
The aim was to know the ability of different sugarcane varieties in low nitrogen stress. The experimental design was split plot. The treatment of main plot was 300,150 and 0 kg of urea fertilizer applied per acre. The treatment of subplot was composed by five nitrogen fixing sugarcane varieties,and one of Guangxi leading varieties ROC16(CK). The test time of split plot was plant crop and ratoon cane for one year. The result showed that the yield of each plant crop sugarcane was significantly higher than that of ratoon cane,nitrogen cane was signifi- cantly higher than nitrogen-free one,the c.ane yield of nitrogen 300 kg of urea fertilizer applied per acre was not obvious difference with 150 kg. Under three nitrogen level,the cane yield of five varieties new-planting and ratoon sugarcane was significantly higher than that of ROC16 (CK). Some aspects of the tested varieties were influenced badly by nitrogen-rice, as tillering, ratoon sprouting, intemede elongation, shoots. Especially the tillering and productive stem were influenced badly more than the others. The nitrogen-free-resistant and nitrogen-low-resistant ability of each variety form high to low were B8, B9, BS, B1, B3 and ROC16. The result of this test could be given reference for nitrogen fixa- tion and nitrogen efficiency sugarcane breeding and extension in future.
