摘要
利用二次正交旋转回归栽培试验,揭示了氮、磷、钾施用量对水稻内在品质蛋白质、淀粉、直链淀粉、粘稠度的影响。结果表明,当对蛋白质及直链淀粉的需求高时,可增加氮肥的施用量,适当减少磷、钾肥的施用量;当对淀粉与粘稠度的需求高时,可增加磷肥的用量,适当减少氮、钾肥的施用量。本试验可为实现不同水稻内在品质需求的栽培方案制定提供参考。
A model of quadratic,orthogonal and pivoting regression was used to investigate the effects of N, P and K fertilizers application rates and methods on protein, total starch, amylase and viscosity in rice variety ' Genxian No. 2'. The results indicated that the rate of N was positively correlated with the protein and amylase contents of rice,while P and K showed negative effects. Starch content and viscosity increased with the rate of P bat decreased with N and K in the experiment. The results would be helpful to making cultivation plans according to different rice quality requirements.
