摘要
以4个粳型不育系和4个优良恢复系为亲本,采用不完全双列杂交(NCⅡ)设计,配置16个杂交组合,对其主要产量及其相关性状配合力进行分析。结果表明,结实率、穴穗数、穗粒数、着粒密度、单株粒重、二次枝梗数等性状一般配合力(GCA)基因型方差不育系大于恢复系,表明杂种产量性状多数受母本的影响较大。结实率、穴穗数、穗粒数、着粒密度、二次枝梗数、二次枝梗粒数等性状主要受亲本一般配合力的影响,而千粒重、一次枝梗千粒重等性状受特殊配合力(SCA)影响较大。亲本一般配合力和特殊配合力是相互独立的。不育系60A、73A、105A,恢复系C198、C52综合性状较好,有较大的应用价值。
The combining ability for yield and its relative traits of 4 Japonica male sterile lines and 4 restorer lines was studied on 16 crosses made with them by the way of incomplete diallel cross (NC Ⅱ ) design. The results showed that the traits such as seed setting rate,number of panicles per plant, grain weight per plant, spikelet density, grain weight per plant, number of secondary branches of panicle and so on , were influenced more greatly by male sterile lines than restorer lines. Seed setting rate, number of panicles per plant, number of grains per panicle, spikelet density,number of secondary branches per panicle, number of grains on secondary branches,were aft'acted more greatly by general combining ability(GCA) ,and 1000-grain weight, and 1000-grain weight of primary branches were aft'acted more greatly by specific combining ability (SCA). GCA and SCA aft'acts on yield traits were independent. Based on the GCA and SCA, male sterile lines 60A ,73A, 105A and restorer lines C198 ,C.52 were recommendable.
