摘要
盆栽试验结果表明,土壤交换性钙含量与烟叶吸钙量呈极显著正相关(r=0.993,r0.01=0.834)。土壤交换性钙含量为1 142.33 mg.kg-1(Ca7)处理的烤烟叶片的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量、蛋白质、可溶性糖、POD和SOD活性均达到最大值,分别为3.35、1.08、0.76、35.23 mg.g-1、28.71×10-6mol.g-1、53.89 U.mg-1.min-1和2.92 U.mg-1.min-1,MDA的含量则为最小值(4.60 nmol.g-1),它们与Ca1处理(土壤交换性钙含量为370.23mg.kg-1)、Ca8处理(土壤交换性钙含量为1 540.21 mg.kg-1)的差异均达到极显著水平。Ca7处理的烟叶的干物质重最高(50.03 g.株-1),与Ca1处理、Ca2处理(土壤交换性钙含量为436.22 mg.kg-1)和Ca3处理(土壤交换性钙含量为511.75 mg.kg-1)的差异达显著水平。在本试验土壤(土壤交换性钙含量为370.23 mg.kg-1)上,土壤交换性钙含量为1 142.33 mg.kg-1(Ca7)处理烤烟若干生理代谢指标最好。建议土壤施纯钙量为950 mg.kg-1。
The result of the pot experiment indicated that the content of soil available calcium had a significant positive correlation with tobacco-leaf calcium uptake(r=0.993,r0.01=0.834).The contents of chl-a,chl-b and carotenoid,protein,soluble sugar,POD and SOD activity in the leaf with Ca7 treatment(1142.33 mg·kg-1) reached the peak value of 3.35,1.08,0.76,35.23 mg·g-1,28.71×10-6 mol·g-1,53.89 U·mg-1·min-1 and 2.92 U·mg-1·min-1,respectively,but the MDA content reached the bottom of 4.60 nmol·g-1,which attained the significant level in contrast with Ca1 treatment(436.22 mg·kg-1)and Ca8 treatment(1540.21 mg·kg-1).Amount of dry matter of tobacco-leaf with Ca7 treatment reached the peak value of 50.03 g per plant,which attained the significant level in contrast with Ca1 treatment,Ca2 treatment(436.22 mg·kg-1)and Ca3 treatment(511.75 mg·kg-1).When the content of soil exchangeable calcium was in lowe level(370.23 mg·kg-1),some physiological metabolism of flue-cured tobacco with Ca7 treatment(1142.33 mg·kg-1) reached the best.So 950 mg·kg-1 soil of Ca was recommended as the suitable applied concentration in the soil.
