一种电子装备故障自动诊断系统研究方法与实现

摘要 本文以某型号兵器部分电路为例,应用模拟电路故障诊断理论与微机技术,研究模拟电路故障字典的建立方法、故障自动诊断系统硬件、软件构成与功能等几个问题,文中所述的故障诊断方法的优点是在线计算量小,所需测试点少,尤其对单、硬故障的诊断简单而有效。本文讨论的内容对研究其它电子装备模拟电路故障自动诊断系统具有一定的普遍意义。 In this paper , we took a part of electric circuit of the weapon for example and researched several concrete problems ,such as the way of establishing the analogue circuit failure dictionary ,the composition and function of (he hardware and software of failure automatic diagnosis system etc., applying analogue circuit failure diagnosis theory and microcomputer technique. The failure diagnosis wag given in this paper has the advantage of small quantity of on line calculation time, fewer required test points and especially the simplicity and effectiveness to the failure diagnosis with single and hard failure., What are discussed in this paper has a fair universal significance to the researching of other electronic equipment analogue circuit failure automatic diagnosis system.
